At Fíor Jewellery, we want you to cherish your pieces forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Local or International

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
