We pride ourselves on quality and longevity. Our collections are primarily crafted from 18k Gold Vermeil, 925 Sterling Silver, and ethically sourced gemstones. All pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for sensitive skin.

How should I care for my jewellery to prevent tarnishing?

To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes and lotions. When not in use, store your jewellery in the provided airtight Fíor pouch to prevent oxidation.

How long does shipping take and is it tracked?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days domestically and 7-14 days for international orders. All orders are shipped via a tracked service, and you will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, every Fíor Jewellery piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
